Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from ProBlocks. If you’re not, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Items must be returned in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to Return an Item

Order Reference: Please include your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Please do not return items without contacting us first, as this may delay your refund.
Return Costs
- Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect
- We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return postage costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days
Please note:
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- It may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Items that have been used, assembled, or altered
- Any items not in their original condition
